These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aciré webshop at acire.shop and any related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Michio B.V., a company registered in Curaçao ("Aciré", "we", "our", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account you accept these Terms.
1. Who we are
Aciré is a trade name of Michio B.V., a Curaçao-based company offering a curated selection of beauty, accessories, home fragrance, gift and lifestyle products, together with gift cards, a loyalty program, rewards and a referral program. Contact: hello@acire.shop.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any multi-factor authentication method.
- You may check out as a guest. Guest orders are accessed via secure one-time links sent to your contact details.
3. Products & Availability
We take care to describe products accurately, but colors, packaging and finish may vary slightly from photographs. Availability is subject to stock and can change without notice. A product may be withdrawn from sale at any time before your order is confirmed.
4. Prices & Currency
- All prices are shown in Antillean guilders (XCG) and, where applicable, include local taxes.
- Shipping, handling and any surcharges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
- We may correct pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel or refund any order affected by a manifest error.
5. Orders & Formation of Contract
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order and, where applicable, receive cleared payment or authorize the selected non-card payment method (e.g. bank transfer, pay at delivery, or approved account credit). We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, stock issues, credit limit breaches, or non-payment.
6. Payments
Aciré currently supports non-card payment methods only, including bank transfer, pay at delivery, and approved account credit for eligible wholesale customers. Online credit-card payment is not available. Payment terms, credit limits and applicable holds are determined by us and communicated at checkout or in your account.
7. Delivery
Delivery times, areas and fees are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on delivery for prepaid orders and, for account customers, on full payment.
8. Returns & Refunds
Your rights and the procedure for returns are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. Certain items (including personal-care products where hygiene seals have been broken, and gift cards) are non-returnable, as described in that policy.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are subject to our Gift Card Terms. Gift cards are redeemable only against Aciré purchases, are non-refundable for cash, and may not be resold.
10. Loyalty, Rewards & Referrals
Participation in our programs is subject to the respective Loyalty, Rewards and Referral Program Terms. Points and credits have no cash value and may be adjusted or revoked in the case of abuse or error.
11. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not misuse promotions, referral codes, gift cards or loyalty points.
12. Intellectual Property
The Aciré name, logo, product photography, editorial content, generated marketing content and site design are owned by or licensed to Michio B.V. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use. Wholesale customers receive an additional, limited license to use approved product content solely to promote purchased goods.

14. Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, the Service and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Beauty, fragrance and wellness products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aciré, Michio B.V., and their directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order or these Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aciré and Michio B.V. from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated via the webshop or by email. The Terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your habitual residence.
