These terms govern participation in the Aciré referral program (the "Referral Program"). By sharing your referral code or completing a referred sign-up you accept these terms.
1. Eligibility
- The Referral Program is open to registered Aciré customers ("Referrers").
- Referred persons must be new customers who did not previously hold an Aciré account.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and referrals among members of the same household or business account may be disqualified.
2. Referral capture
A referral is captured when the referred person signs up using the Referrer's unique referral code or link. Referrals are attributed to the last valid code presented before sign-up. Aciré is the sole determiner of valid attribution.
3. Qualification
A referral qualifies for a reward when the referred person completes their first eligible paid order that is delivered and not refunded within the applicable return window. Fraudulent or abusive activity may block qualification.
4. Rewards
- Referrer and referred rewards are as communicated on the referral pages at the time of qualification.
- Rewards are subject to the Rewards Terms.
5. Prohibited activity
- Do not spam, mass-post, or share your referral link on channels prohibited by their operators.
- Do not misrepresent Aciré or its products.
- Do not create fake accounts, use stolen identities, or otherwise manipulate the Program.
6. Fraud review
Referrals may be placed on hold for fraud review. Referrals confirmed as fraudulent will be rejected and related accounts and rewards may be suspended or cancelled.
7. Program changes and termination
Aciré may modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time. Referrals qualifying before a change will be honored under the terms then in effect.
