These terms govern the purchase and use of Aciré gift cards ("Gift Cards"). By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card you accept these terms.
1. Nature of the Gift Card
- Gift Cards are issued in Antillean guilders (XCG) at the denomination shown at purchase.
- Gift Cards are delivered digitally to the recipient email address provided at checkout.
- Each Gift Card has a unique code. Treat the code like cash — keep it confidential.
2. Redemption
- Gift Cards may be redeemed toward eligible purchases on the Aciré webshop.
- Multiple Gift Cards may be combined, subject to system limits.
- Guest customers may redeem Gift Cards subject to the checkout rules in force.
3. No cash value
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded to the payment method used at purchase, except where required by law. Any residual balance remains on the Gift Card.
4. Expiry & balance
Unless a different validity is displayed at purchase or required by law, Gift Cards remain valid for a minimum period as communicated on the webshop. You can check your balance at any time on our balance page.
5. Loss, theft & fraud
We are not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or used without authorisation. Aciré may deactivate Gift Cards that appear to be issued by mistake, obtained fraudulently, or used in breach of these terms, and may cancel related orders.
6. Non-transferable for resale
Gift Cards are for personal use and gifting only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top.
