These terms govern rewards, promotional credits and campaign-based benefits granted by Aciré ("Rewards"). Rewards are additional to the loyalty program and are governed by these terms and by any specific rules communicated with the Reward.
1. Grant & ownership
- Rewards are granted at Aciré's discretion and remain the property of Aciré until redeemed.
- Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Redemption
- Rewards can be redeemed at checkout, subject to eligibility, minimum spend and product restrictions communicated with the Reward.
- Unless stated otherwise, only one Reward may be applied per order.
3. Expiry
Each Reward carries an expiry date communicated at grant. Expired Rewards cannot be reinstated except at Aciré's discretion.
4. Refunds
If an order paid using a Reward is refunded, the Reward may be returned to your account subject to its remaining validity, at our discretion.
5. Abuse
We may revoke Rewards obtained through error, fraud, abuse of promotions, or breach of the Terms & Conditions.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top.
