These terms govern participation in the Aciré loyalty program (the "Program"). By enrolling you accept these terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to registered Aciré customers. Guests do not accrue loyalty points. One account per customer.
2. Earning points
- You earn 1 point per XCG 1.00 spent on eligible purchases, after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
- Gift Card purchases do not earn points; points are earned when the Gift Card is redeemed on eligible items.
- Refunded amounts result in reversal of the corresponding points.
3. Redeeming points
- 100 points = XCG 1.00 of purchase credit.
- Points can be redeemed at checkout on eligible orders. Minimum redemption thresholds may apply.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
4. Tiers
The Program may include tiers with additional benefits based on qualifying activity. Tier thresholds, benefits and qualification periods are published on the webshop and may be updated from time to time.
5. Expiry & inactivity
Points may expire after a period of account inactivity as published on the webshop. We will provide reasonable notice before expiry where practical.
6. Abuse
We may adjust, suspend or cancel points and accounts in the case of error, fraud, abuse of promotions, or breach of these terms.
7. Program changes and termination
Aciré may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Where the Program is discontinued, outstanding redeemable points will be honored for a reasonable transition period.
